Dog-gone MCD!

This one takes the cake..Delhi MCD has novel solutions to contain the stray dog menace in New Delhi. In their order of preference:

1. Send them to Korea. They eat dogs there!
   
2. Inject them "something" that will put them to sleep all day long
3. Send them to another state

These are actual ideas minuted in their standing committee meeting on 14th August 2007. All ideas have come forth courtesy elected MCD councilors!

Are these guys for real?! And what were we thinking when we elected them?! 

High time we decided and froze upon a standard "eligibility" criterion for these posts - must include specified IQ levels and soem tests to identify just how well-informed are they.
